Richard Coleman, AIA has 40 years of experience in the field of planning and architecture.  Mr. Coleman, a licensed architect in California and several other states, has in the past practiced as a Principal and  Officer in  three   architectural/engineering firms and  has completed building projects in the U.S., South America and Europe.  He has served as President of the Orange County Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. 

Elsa Yasukawa has more than 25 years of experience in the field of planning and architecture. She is a licensed architect in Argentina and has worked as an architectural designer and project manager for major building projects in the U.S., South America, and Europe. She also is active as an organizer and founder of green building chapters of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and is helping the  World Green Building Council (WGBC) to establish Green Building Councils around the world.

Bruce Hostetter has training in Landscape Architecture and Lighting Design, as well as a designer of passive solar homes and communities. Mr. Hostetter has served as the past Advocacy Chair of the OCC USGBC and in the Pacific Regional Council of the USGBC where he helped form the Regions of the USGBC. Mr. Hostetter is a USGBC certified Dynamic Governance facilitator and  is focused on the application of regenerative design and resilience strategies in schools and communities.
